Check-in is available from 3.00 pm, whilst check-out is required by 9.30 am.

The reception is open in the mornings from 09:00 to 15:00 (it is closed on Thursdays and Sundays).

Our staff speak Italian, English, French and German.

Yes, there is an on-site car park available for guests.

How does check-in work at the Residence La Canova?

Check-in is usually carried out in person. In the event of early arrivals or late departures (early check-in / late check-out), we will endeavour to accommodate your request subject to availability at the time. For arrivals or departures outside normal hours, a convenient key box is also available.

Is there a restaurant at the Residence La Canova?

There are no bars or restaurants at Relais La Canova. However, just 600 metres to the south, right on the beach, you’ll find a restaurant ready to welcome you.

Is there a gym available at the Residence La Canova?

However, we do provide our guests with an area equipped with exercise equipment, which is free to use for those who wish to keep fit.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

What are the cancellation terms?

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing;
the deposit paid will be refunded in full if notice is given more than 60 days before the arrival date;
50% of the deposit paid will be refunded if the notice is sent between 59 and 30 days before arrival;
no refund will be given from the 29th day up to the day before arrival.
We reserve the right to consider your booking cancelled if you do not arrive within 2 days of the start date of your stay.
