Villa Pitiana cuisine links past and present by revisiting traditional local recipes with a contemporary taste which focuses on an elegant display together with lighter ingredients and quicker preparation.
Villa Pitiana organizes Tuscan and Italian cooking courses for small groups (from 2 to 12 participants max) in its recently restored Monastery kitchen. Normally carried out in the morning, you can choose and book one of the following cooking classes:
• Typical Tuscan Cuisine;
• Homemade Pasta;
• Pizza Making.
Our Chef teaches participants how to prepare, cook, and display the dishes.
At the end of the cooking session guests will savour the dishes prepared during the course, accompanied by the appropriate wine.
